PRE-PRIMARY CLASSES (4-5Y)

This program is for young children ages 4-5 who are beginning to explore the world of theatre performance. In a group setting, they will learn the basics of singing, acting, and movement.

Students in this class will learn:
  • Basic singing and voice projection
  • Simple choreography movements
  • How to perform in an ensemble
  • Stage presence and confidence

Enrollment requirements

  • Able to communicate in English
  • Able to follow simple instructions from the teacher during class
  • Able to learn singing, dancing by listening/watching videos
  • Willing to practice after class at home

What you can expect

  • Ensemble performances of musical theatre and popular music songs.
  • Designed stage blocking with simple dance movements
  • Opportunities for solo performances
  • Opportunities to perform on different stages in the community.

North York Studio:
- Sundays at 10:00am (60 mins)

Markham Studio:

- Saturdays at 9:30am (60 mins)

Term Total: 
12 classes | Rate: $41 per hour 
Pay Full Term: $782 + HST
Pay Monthly: 4 installments of $ 205 + HST

End-of-term showcase

*School uniform is required for new students at a cost of $30 per person.
​*$60 class material fee is included per term
​*Students are invited to participate in a cabaret-style showcase at the end of the term to perform on stage in front of an audience of their friends and family.
A participation fee of $200 is required per person to cover performance costs. 
​
