TEEN / Troupe Prep CLASSES (8-16Y)

This program is geared towards older students who are interested in exploring theatre performance, and have some prior experience. In an age appropriate group setting, they will cover fundamentals of singing, acting, and dancing at an accelerated pace, which can eventually lead to our Junior / Senior Troupe program.

Students in this class will learn:
  • Fundamental singing technique
  • Core principles of dance and musical theatre choreography
  • Introduction to character development and acting 
  • Ensemble performance skills, with opportunities for solo work
  • Stage presence and confidence

Enrollment requirements

  • Proficiency in English at an age-appropriate level
  • Able to follow instructions and respond to messages in a timely manner
  • Able to utilize teacher provided aid to memorize all lyrics, choreography, and scripts
  • Willing to try new things and take on challenges with the teacher's guidance
  • Willing to practice at home regularly between classes

- Sundays: 2:45 - 4:15 pm (90 mins)

Fall Term | 10 classes + show : $950 + HST 
Spring Term | 21 classes + show : $1709 + HST
Pay Monthly: 9 installments of $ 305 + HST

Performance Showcase

*School uniform is required for new students at a cost of $30 per person.
​*$60 class material fee is included per term
​*Students are invited to participate in a cabaret-style showcase on stage in front of an audience of their friends and family, in the end of December and June.
A participation fee of $200 is required per person to cover performance costs in each term.  Show cost do not participate in any discount or promotions.​​​​
