JUNIOR CLASSES (9-12Y)

This program is for youth ages 9-12 who are passionate about theatre performance. They will learn performance techniques including singing, acting, and dancing.

Students in this class will learn:
  • Fundamentals of singing and voice projection
  • Fundamentals of dance and choreography
  • Fundamentals of character building and acting
  • How to perform in an ensemble, with opportunities for big or small solo parts in performances. 
  • Stage presence and confidence

Enrollment requirements

  • Able to communicate and read medium to complex level English lyrics and scripts
  • Able to follow teacher instructions and give timely responses
  • Able to learn and remember all lyrics, dance movements, scripts
  • Willing to try new things and take on challenges with the teacher's guidance
  • Willing to practice after class regularly at home

  • Solo and ensemble performances of musical theatre and popular music songs
  • Designed stage blocking with dance movements

END-OF-TERM SHOWCASE

*School uniform is required for new students at a cost of $30 per person.
​*$60 class material fee is included per term
​*Students are invited to participate in a cabaret-style showcase at the end of the term to perform on stage in front of an audience of their friends and family.
A participation fee of $200 is required per person to cover performance costs. ​​
